The Lisbon Biomedical and Clinical Research PhD Program (LisbonBioMed) is an International Doctoral Program that provides privileged education and training to generate PhD projects in areas encompassing the full spectrum of Biomedicine, encouraging young basic and clinical researchers to work together, and to apply and produce new knowledge in the interplay between laboratory and clinical practice.

The LisbonBioMed has around 100 students from all over the world developing their research projects across iMM’s 31 Labs, fostering disruptive science through 4 major research lines: Cell and Developmental Biology, Immunology and Infection, Oncobiology and Neurosciences.

iMM is a diverse, inclusive, and equal opportunity employer offering attractive conditions and benefits, and is looking forward to welcoming new PhD candidates who (independently of gender, ethnicity, culture, or personal background), demonstrate scientific curiosity, determination to approach intellectual challenges, motivation to learn new skills, and to develop novel ways towards understanding human health and diseases.
